clothing, you should always dress in layers as they trap warm air in the spaces
between.
2. Stay hydrated. You must replenish your liquids from all that
exercise.
3. Take a lesson. No matter how good your skiing, it can be invaluable
to get expert advice both on your style and the local conditions and ski slopes.
4. If you don’t fall, you’re not skiing hard enough. Many ski
